I am Marc-Antoine Beaugrand, deeply rooted in the towns of Saint-Bruno-De-Montarville and Saint-Basile-Le-Grand, where my story with real estate began in my childhood. Today, as a father of three wonderful daughters and supported unfailingly by my wife, I dedicate myself wholeheartedly to my profession as a real estate broker, a passion and commitment that have continued for over 20 years. Real estate runs in my veins, a legacy of a mother who was a broker with more than 40 years of experience.

In 2004, I founded the Beaugrand-Longpré Team, an initiative designed to ensure exceptional responsiveness to our clients while multiplying our strengths. This collaboration is the pillar of our success and efficiency.

My pursuit of excellence led me to complete a collegiate training for agency management in 2017, earning me the "D.A." certification from the OACIQ. This key step equipped me to face and resolve all real estate situations with assurance and competence. I am Benoit Longpré, a resident of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville for several years. Real estate has always been appealing to me, but it was in 2007, during the purchase of my family home, that the idea of becoming a real estate broker took on significance. Having the opportunity to meet and assist so many clients in selling their properties or finding their next homes, and seeing children wanting to choose their new room is truly enjoyable.
